Key Responsibilities
As a CDL-A Shuttle Driver, your daily duties will include:
- Operating automatic transmission International Harvester trucks to shuttle trailers within the Tulsa area.
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Adhering to all DOT regulations and following company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining awareness of safety hazards in all weather conditions.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
- Communicating effectively with dispatchers and team members.
- Adapting to varied work requirements as needed.
- Performing any other job duties as assigned by supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications
We’re looking for drivers with a clean record and a commitment to safety.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-Class A license.
- Prior driving experience is required.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- No DUIs or DWIs in the past 5 years.
- No Reckless Driving citations in the past 5 years.
- Willingness to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and following procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hazmat Endorsement is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
- Starting Pay: $21.00 – $23.50 per hour, depending on experience.
