Key Responsibilities
You will be the operational linchpin of our warehouse, ensuring all activities are executed safely, accurately, and on time.
- Operational Coordination: Manage the end-to-end warehouse process, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain 100% accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates. Implement and refine warehouse procedures to optimise workflow and minimise errors.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, production, and other internal teams to resolve issues and ensure material availability. Provide guidance and leadership to a potential team of up to 4 warehouse staff.
- Generate regular performance reports on stock levels, accuracy, and throughput. Ensure all operations strictly adhere to health, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for a hands-on coordinator with a strong operational mindset and leadership potential.
- Proven experience in warehousing, inventory, and stock management, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering process environment.
- Superior attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proven ability to solve problems proactively.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- A motivated, team-oriented attitude with a genuine love for process improvement and change.
