Key Responsibilities
As an Activity Crew member, you’ll wear many hats—host, safety monitor, motivator, and ambassador—all focused on delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Actively engage with guests, providing friendly instruction and supervision across various sports and activity zones to ensure both fun and safety.
- Monitor the park diligently, motivating guests and facilitating activities, programs, and learning journeys that deliver an awesome experience.
- Assume lead roles such as Party Host or Camp Leader, organizing and running birthday parties and special programs with energy and enthusiasm.
- Proactively answer guest questions, resolve situations, and promote park offerings like memberships and merchandise to enhance their visit.
- Complete essential housekeeping and safety tasks, including equipment checks, cleaning of activity areas, and upholding the park’s overall vibrant ambience.
- Be a flexible team player, ready to assist with any ad-hoc duties to support the park’s smooth daily operations.
Qualifications

- A passion for sports, activities, and working in a high-energy, guest-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with children and adults.
- A strong focus on safety and a responsible attitude.
- The ability to be proactive, work independently, and adapt to various roles throughout the day.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic, physical work setting.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, coaching, or event hosting is a plus.
