Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently execute pick-up and delivery operations within a designated route.
- Provide professional, friendly, and helpful service to customers during every interaction.
- Carefully handle, sort, and prepare packages for transit, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate company vehicles (motorbike, LGV, MGV, or HGV) in accordance with all safety regulations and company policies (if applicable to the role).
- Accurately process shipping documentation and electronic handheld data.
- Collaborate with team members in the station to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Get Started:
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- A minimum of one (1) year of professional driving experience (for driving roles).
- For driving positions, a valid license appropriate for the vehicle:
- Motorbike License, or
- light Goods Vehicle (LGV) License, or
- Medium Goods Vehicle (MGV) License, or
- Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) License.
- A strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Physical ability to handle packages of varying sizes and weights.
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety.
