Key Responsibilities

  • Execute precision assembly of gas delivery systems according to engineering drawings, BOMs, and SOPs, including pipe prefabrication, bending, cutting, and marking.
  • Perform high-quality welding on pipes and valves (TIG/GTAW), including creating and inspecting weld test coupons to ensure full penetration and compliance with standards before production welding.
  • Conduct thorough self-inspection of all welded joints, pipe alignment, and component assembly to guarantee superior quality and safety.
  • Install and assemble pneumatic components, electronic parts, valves, and piping on panel systems, verifying all parts match specifications and drawings.
  • Manage material picking against BOMs, inspecting components for correct specifications, dimensions, and quantities.
  • Support the testing team in resolving helium leak detection and pressure hold test issues.
  • Prepare final test documentation to certify products meet all client specifications and operational requirements.
  • Maintain strict 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) standards in the cleanroom and assembly areas.
  • Assist in the creation and revision of SOPs to reflect product changes and process improvements.

Qualifications

We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment assembly-maintenance, welding, and panel assembly.
  • Proficient mechanical assembly and strong blueprint-schematic reading ability.
  • Skilled in precision welding techniques (experience with orbital welding a plus) and weld inspection.
  • Experience with piping, valve installation, and pneumatic/electronic component assembly.
  • Work Ethic: Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a strong sense of responsibility for self-inspection.
  • Environment: Understanding of and ability to work within cleanroom protocols and 5S principles.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with good problem-solving skills to support testing and troubleshooting.
