Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure continuous and efficient factory operation.
- Perform on-site product monitoring, quality inspection, and final packaging and preparation for shipment.
- Work in close coordination with fellow operators and technicians to meet daily production targets and uphold strict procedural standards.
- Accurately complete all production tasks and follow specific procedures as directed by the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
Required:
- Educational background from high school, junior college, or university in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Material Engineering, or related departments.
- Willingness and ability to work shift patterns (e.g., rotating shifts including nights/weekends as required).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures accurately.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- A reliable and conscientious work ethic.
Highly Preferred:
- Possession of a Type 1 Pressure Vessel Operator license and or a High-Pressure Gas Vessel license.
- Prior working experience in a chemical plant or similar industrial manufacturing setting.
