Key Responsibilities

Operate chemical production processes safely and efficiently, ensuring strict compliance with all SOPs, regulations, and safety protocols while wearing required PPE.
Monitor and record equipment and process parameters accurately, signing off on production documentation with integrity.
Perform routine safety checks (e.g., earthing, emergency showers) and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
Assist with first-level maintenance tasks and support the maintenance team in troubleshooting equipment issues.
Take product samples for quality assurance analysis and notify the shift supervisor immediately of any deviations or unsafe conditions.
Progressively develop skills according to our competency framework: mastering basic operations within 6 months, independent process control and troubleshooting within 3 years, and advancing to utility operations, turnaround leadership, and training within 8 years.
Operate forklifts and cranes only if in possession of the required valid certification.

Qualifications

What You Bring (Required):

An educational background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
A strong, unwavering commitment to safety, detail, and procedural compliance.
The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly, especially regarding safety and operational issues.
Willingness to work on-site in Taichung on a rotating shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of work experience in the chemical industry.
Capability to use AutoCAD for creating/modifying P and IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams). Including a portfolio demonstrating this skill is a significant advantage.
Valid certifications for operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
