As we aggressively grow our presence in Hong Kong and worldwide, your role will be instrumental in capturing new business. Based in Kwun Tong, you will target key clients including overseas company offices and local trading firms, driving sales and establishing HQTS as their preferred quality partner.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be the frontline ambassador for HQTS, responsible for the full sales cycle in the Hong Kong market.
- Actively promote and sell the company’s full suite of services: inspection, testing, auditing, supply chain management, and consultancy.
- Develop new client relationships, focusing on Hong Kong offices of overseas companies and local import/export trading firms.
- Conduct market research, develop personal sales plans, and strive to exceed assigned sales targets.
- Represent HQTS at local and international trade exhibitions to generate leads, promote services, and gather competitive intelligence.
- Occasionally travel abroad to visit key clients and strengthen business relationships.
- Maintain a deep understanding of HQTS’s service scope and the evolving needs of the quality assurance market.
Qualifications for Success
We are looking for a results-oriented individual with the right foundation and local expertise.
- Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident.
- 2-3 years of solid sales experience, preferably in B2B services, international trade, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential for effective communication with a diverse client base.
- A proven hunter mentality with the ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
