Your Key Responsibilities
You will lead the development and execution of a robust agency training framework.
- Design, revamp, and manage the end-to-end training curriculum for new agents, experienced agents, and agency managers, ensuring alignment with AXA’s strategic objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs across key areas: investment-linked products, business operations, and agency management.
- Continuously update training content and methodologies to maintain a high-quality, modern learning experience.
- Assist in coaching and mentoring junior trainers to build a high-performing training team.
- Oversee various training projects and ensure the smooth accreditation and execution of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs.
- Monitor training outcomes and provide insights to business leaders on agency capability development.
Qualifications for Success
We are looking for an experienced professional with a blend of industry expertise and facilitative skill.
- University degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in agency training, agency management, or sales management within the life insurance industry.
- Professional qualifications such as FLMI, IIQA, or other insurance certifications are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with proven course facilitation ability.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
