Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee, you will be immersed in a structured development plan. Your primary focus will be on learning and contributing through:
- Completing core and elective job rotations across different departments such as Operations, Commercial, Product Management, Sustainability, and Marketing over a 24-month period.
- Taking ownership of project-based assignments that broaden your practical knowledge and expand your professional network within the company.
- Actively participating in all training sessions, site visits (including warehouses and terminals), and networking events with industry experts.
- Engaging with your assigned mentor and buddy for guidance, feedback, and to accelerate your professional development.
- Demonstrating initiative, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to adapt and contribute within a multi-cultural team environment.
Qualifications
We are looking for graduates who embody our drive for excellence and collaboration. The essential qualities for this program are:
- Academic Background:Â A fresh graduate or a recent graduate (within one year) with a university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Core Attributes:Â Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, resilience, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to building a long-term career in freight forwarding.
- Mindset:Â A diligent, self-motivated team player with high responsibility, an inquisitive mindset, and an eagerness to take on new challenges.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Work Eligibility:Â Open to local students or non-local students with an eligible visa to work in Hong Kong.
- Advantageous:Â Relevant internship or part-time experience in the logistics industry.
