Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

We’re looking for a hospitality professional who finds joy in serving others. The right fit for our team will have:

  • A Higher Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience in the Rooms Division of a large hotel, where you’ve honed your customer service skills.
  • A natural talent for connecting with people, supported by strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities smoothly.
  • A truly guest-oriented personality outgoing, self-motivated, and dedicated to creating positive experiences.
  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua to communicate effortlessly with our diverse clientele.
