Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier painting services. Your key duties will include:
- Preparing surfaces thoroughly through cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming.
- Applying paints, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to a high standard.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work site at all times.
- Working efficiently to meet project deadlines while upholding our quality expectations.
- Communicating effectively with the team and clients as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for a professional subcontractor who meets the following criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified Painter and Decorator.
- Must hold a valid ABN (this is a subcontractor role).
- Must have own reliable transport, full set of tools, and PPE.
- A proven track record of reliability, self-motivation, and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
