Key Responsibilities

As an Apprentice Production Technician, you will learn the fundamentals of chemical manufacturing through direct, hands-on involvement. Your training will focus on:

  • Operating and monitoring process equipment to ensure products meet precise customer specifications.
  • Learning to safely operate a forklift and other industrial equipment.
  • Maintaining meticulous records and batch sheets to ensure product quality and traceability.
  • Actively participating in plant safety meetings and contributing to a culture of continuous safety improvement.
  • Following all standard operating procedures and environmental, health, and safety guidelines.
  • Engaging fully in both the structured on-site training and the sponsored external certificate program.

Qualifications

This apprenticeship is designed for motivated individuals ready to begin a new chapter. We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A high school diploma or GED (required).
  • The willingness and ability to work 12-hour fixed shifts, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
