Key Responsibilities

You will be the face of DHL for our customers, ensuring every delivery is secure, timely, and professional.

• Safely and efficiently deliver consignments to a variety of customer sites including distribution centres, shopping centres, and businesses across the region.
• Perform both local multi-drop and shuttle runs as required, adhering to strict delivery timeframes.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers at each delivery point.
• Conduct thorough pre-start vehicle checks and ensure all loads are restrained and secured according to company and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate electronic delivery records and documentation using onboard technology (PDA).
• Follow all company procedures, security protocols, and road safety regulations without exception.

Qualifications

We are looking for safety-conscious professionals who embody our service ethos.

• A current HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence is essential.
• Proven experience performing local deliveries, with strong knowledge of the Brisbane and Gold Coast metro areas.
• An outstanding customer service attitude, clear communication skills, and a reliable, flexible approach to work.
• The ability and willingness to follow detailed policies and procedures in a security-focused environment.
• Must be willing to provide a current full driving record and undergo a security clearance and pre-employment medical as part of the recruitment process.
