Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to ensure our facilities and car parks are clean, safe, and well-presented.

  • Perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance duties across assigned facilities and car park areas.
  • Work as a friendly, approachable team-player, contributing to a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Manage your time effectively to complete all tasks within the scheduled hours, demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
  • Follow specific instructions and safety procedures for using cleaning chemicals and equipment, often working unsupervised.
  • Utilize a company vehicle to travel to and from sites or for specific job requirements as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or supply needs promptly to ensure a safe and functional environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the right attitude, licence, and commitment to safety.

  • A full, clean New Zealand Driver’s Licence is essential.
  • Proven experience as a cleaner; commercial cleaning or specific car park cleaning experience is a significant advantage.
  • A demonstrably reliable and punctual work history with excellent time management skills.
  • The flexibility to work a rotating early shift roster (5:00 AM to 1:00 PM) and adapt to varying shift patterns as required.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling practices.
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
