Key Responsibilities

You and a partner will work together to deliver exceptional, detailed cleaning service in our clients’ homes.

• Provide thorough, high-quality residential cleaning for 3-5 homes per day, following MOLLY MAID’s trusted procedures.
• Work effectively in a team of two, communicating and collaborating to complete each home efficiently and to our exacting standards.
• Interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner, embodying our client-focused and caring values.
• Pay exceptional attention to detail in every task, ensuring each home is left spotless and organized.
• Safely operate and care for the company-provided vehicle when traveling between job sites.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who align with our values and are ready to commit to a team.

• A valid, full G-class driver’s license is required for this position. You do not need to own a car.
• You must live in the Burlington, Oakville, or Waterdown area to be considered.
• A motivated, mature, and positive attitude with a genuine enjoyment of cleaning is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, a passion for great customer service, and the ability to work well in a team without micromanagement are key.
• The ability to pass a clean criminal background check (which we will conduct) is required.
• While previous cleaning or customer service experience is an asset, it is not required we provide paid training.
