Key Responsibilities

Your role is essential to maintaining the high standard of cleanliness and presentation our clients expect.

• Learn and apply industry-leading cleaning techniques to achieve consistent, high-quality results on every shift.
• Safely operate a variety of industrial cleaning equipment including auto-scrubbers, ride-on machines, carpet extractors, and floor burnishers.
• Perform comprehensive floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing hard floors, and deep cleaning carpets.
• Assist with the logistical tasks of the job, such as lifting and moving furniture, and loading/unloading cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide friendly, exceptional customer service, addressing the specific needs of each client site with a positive attitude.
• Perform high-level cleaning tasks using ladders or scaffolding as required.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who combine a strong work ethic with a positive, service-oriented mindset.

• A genuine passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail are fundamental.
• A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly.
• Physical fitness to meet the job demands, including the ability to lift up to 51 lbs, stand/walk for the full shift, bend, stretch, and climb stairs.
• A valid G Class Driver’s Licence is required.
• The ability to successfully pass a Police Background Check is mandatory.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
