Key Responsibilities
Your role requires meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to safety protocols.
- Safely load and deliver chemicals to customer locations in full compliance with all DOT regulations, company policies, and specific customer site rules.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the truck is in perfect working order and all required logs, timesheets, and shipping documents are accurate and current.
- Unload chemicals at delivery sites using appropriate methods, including offloading drums or pumping from bulk tanks, and retrieve any empty containers.
- Operate a forklift to secure loads and ensure proper documentation of all bills of lading.
- Perform minor truck maintenance and keep the vehicle clean and professionally presented.
Qualifications

- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with active HAZMAT endorsement is mandatory prior to hiring.
- A minimum of 6 months of verifiable DOT HAZMAT driving experience is required.
- Must successfully pass a Homeland Security background check.
- Only candidates legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered; Halliburton will not sponsor work visas for this position.
