Summer in Marlborough is kicking off, and we’re building our crew. AWF Blenheim is looking for reliable, physically fit labourers to join us on a casual, on-call basis across the region. This is for people who want variety one day you might be making deliveries, the next you’re on a civil site or helping with car grooming. If you’re keen to get stuck in, work hard, and be part of a supportive team that actually checks in on you, we’d love to hear from you.

Company Overview
AWF is New Zealand’s largest recruitment agency, and we’ve been connecting Kiwis with work for over 30 years . Our Blenheim branch is right in the heart of town at 13 Main Street, and we’re proud to support one of the country’s most dynamic regional economies. From viticulture and horticulture to civil construction and transport, Marlborough’s industries move fast and we keep them staffed with good people who turn up on time and do the job properly. Our local team is led by Lauren Deacon and Melanie Kenton, who between them bring over a decade of experience in recruitment, compliance, and mentoring . We don’t just send you to a site and forget about you. We check in. We provide PPE. We pay weekly. And we actually get to know your name.
