Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with general civil construction works.
- Performing manual labour including digging, lifting, and site clean-up.
- Working alongside supervisors and crew to meet project deadlines.
- Following health and safety procedures on site at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Driver’s licence and own transport preferred but not essential.
- Civil construction experience is an advantage, but not required.
