The Role
You’ll be working across a range of mine site environments, including:
- Cleaning amenities, offices, and operational facilities.
- Kitchens, bathrooms, crib rooms, and common areas.
- General and detailed cleaning duties.
- Waste removal and restocking consumables.
- Periodic deep cleans and project-based work.
Rosters and Location
- Based in Orange, NSW.
- Varied roster options available, including 7-7 and 8-6 rotational rosters.
- Early starts typically between 4:00 am – 5:00 am.
- Travel required to the Cadia mine site for each shift.
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation.
- Physically capable of site-based work.
Mine Site Compliance Requirements:
- Ability to work a rotating roster of 7 days on – 7 days off (subject to final roster arrangements).
- Ability to consistently pass daily and random breath alcohol testing (0.00 BAC).
- Ability to pass regular and random drug testing.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment medical and physical assessments.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle for transport to site.
- Manual driver’s licence.
- Willingness to travel to Cadia mine site for each shift.
