Here is an opportunity to join the Hotel Operations team at a world-class resort, where you’ll help ensure guests have a memorable stay from the moment they arrive. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for overall cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing linens, amenities, and supplies. You’ll also interact with guests daily, responding to their requests, assisting with directions, and sharing information. Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year, so candidates must be willing to work shifts according to operational needs.

What You Will Be Doing
- Overall cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Replenishing items such as linens, amenities, and various supplies.
- Interacting with guests daily, responding in a timely manner to their requests.
- Assisting guests with directions and sharing information about the resort.
- Working independently to clean hotel rooms to the highest standards.
- Maintaining a good guest service mindset while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency in either English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
- Willing to work at various locations within the resort, including outdoor areas.
- Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting heavy items when needed.
- Good guest service mindset, independent, and a team player with good communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Able to clean up hotel rooms independently.
Schedule Requirements (Part Time):
- Weekday part time:Â Available to report duties on Mondays to Fridays.
- Weekend part time:Â Available to report duties on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience.
- Qualification with relevant housekeeping training course will be an advantage.
