Kowloon Shangri-La, a luxury 5-star hotel in Hong Kong, is seeking a dedicated Steward Cleaner (洗碗員) to join their team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and stewarding area, ensuring dishes, kitchenware, and utensils are washed and sanitized to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, kitchenware, and utensils thoroughly, ensuring they are sanitized and maintained to hotel standards.
- Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas clean and organized at all times.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Experience
We’re looking for someone with relevant experience, good communication skills, and a commitment to quality.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Industry.
- Good communication skills.。
Preferred (But Not Essential):
- Knowledge in operating a dishwasher would be an advantage.
