Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their fresh produce safely and on time.
- Safely transport goods to their destinations across Canberra and surrounding regions in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, representing Alpha Fresh professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining an excellent driving record.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise delivery routes and improve efficiency.
- Handle heavy loads with physical fitness and care, ensuring products arrive in perfect condition.
- Embrace opportunities for growth, progressing from a Car Licence through to Heavy Combination Licence as you develop your skills.

- Days:Â 6 days per week (delivering fresh produce across Canberra and surrounding regions)

Qualifications and Experience
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. No previous experience is required—we’ll train the right candidates.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Car Licence (current and unrestricted).
- Excellent driving record with no major infractions or accidents.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Work Authorisation: Australia (Required).
Preferred (But Not Essential):
- Familiarity with the Canberra region and surrounding areas.
- Previous delivery or customer service experience.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
- Pay Type:Â Based on experience and role type (Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual)
