Key Responsibilities
As a member of our Housekeeping & Laundry team, you’ll contribute to the seamless operation of the hotel and the comfort of our guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards.
- Handle laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and pressing linens and guest clothing with care.
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, always with a warm and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional results.
- Uphold EDITION’s commitment to quality, originality, and design excellence in every task.
Qualifications and Experience
We’re looking for outgoing, genuinely wonderful individuals who are inspired by the idea of creating magical experiences for guests.
Essential Qualities:
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to create memorable guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred (But Not Essential):
- Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
