Schedule and Home Time

Schedule: Out 12 days, home 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend
Operation: Over-the-road (OTR) across all 48 states
Primary Freight Area: Majority of freight is east of I-35, but we go where the freight goes

Key Responsibilities

As an OTR driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe and timely transport of freight across the country.

Operate a commercial vehicle safely and professionally across all 48 states.
Handle both drop-and-hook (50-60%) and live unload (40-50%) freight with efficiency.
Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
Follow all Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and company safety policies.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers as needed.
Maintain accurate logs and records using electronic logging devices (ELDs).

Qualifications and Experience

We’re looking for drivers with a stable employment history and a commitment to safety.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 3+ months of Class A CDL driving experience.
Valid Class A CDL.
Stable employment history.
Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
Safe driving record.
Ability to start immediately.

Preferred (But Not Essential):

Experience with both drop-and-hook and live unload freight.
Familiarity with OTR operations and all 48-state driving.

Compensation

Pay: $0.55 per mile
Average Weekly Miles: 2,000 – 2,200 miles per week (determined by HOS and availability)
