About the Role

As Laundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing and making recommendations on all laundry, pressing, and dry-cleaning services of the hotel while upholding our high standards. You’ll compile monthly reports to monitor laundry room operation statistics and cost control, coordinate with external vendors and contractors, handle disputes and complaints, and provide guidance and training to new staff. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Key Accountabilities

• Direct and make recommendations on all laundry, pressing, and dry-cleaning services of the hotel while upholding hotel standards.
• Compile monthly reports to monitor laundry room operation statistics and cost control.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for smooth operation of the laundry room.
• Handle all disputes, complaints, and claims professionally and promptly.
• Provide guidance and training to new staff to ensure consistent service quality.

General Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of working experience in hotel laundry is preferred.
• Knowledge in laundry, pressing, and dry-cleaning machinery, techniques, and standards.
• Simple knowledge in computer usage and Microsoft applications.
• Fluent Cantonese, fair English, and basic Mandarin required.
