Magena Fabrications is looking for qualified Welders and Boilermakers to join our growing team in Regency Park, South Australia. This is a role for tradespeople who take pride in their work whether you’re based in our workshop or out on site, you’ll be delivering structural and architectural metalwork across commercial and industrial projects. What You’ll Be Doing

Fabricating structural and architectural metalwork: You’ll be working on a variety of projects, from commercial builds to industrial installations.
Reading and interpreting architectural drawings: You’ll need to understand the specs and fabricate accordingly—no guesswork, just good work.
Working efficiently and taking ownership: You’ll manage your tasks and deliver quality workmanship with minimal supervision.
Based in workshop or on site: Depending on the project, you’ll report to either the Workshop Supervisor or a Site Supervisor.
Following safe work practices: Safety isn’t optional you’ll commit to working safely every day.
Solving problems as they come up: Strong problem-solving skills and initiative are part of the job.

What You Must Have

Trade qualification as a Welder or Boilermaker this is essential.
Experience in metal fabrication you need to know your way around steel.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative we need people who can figure things out without being told every step.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Commitment to safe work practices every day, without exception.
Australian Driver’s Licence you need to be able to get to work and potentially to sites.

Preferred Tickets (Not Required, But a Bonus)

SA White Card essential for site work.
Forklift Licence handy for moving materials around the workshop or site.

What You’ll Get

Hourly rate between $40 and $55 based on your experience and skill level.
Casual or full-time employment options depending on what works for you.
Hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm early start, early finish.
