Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Construction Works:Â Oversee daily site activities to ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor Quality and Progress:Â Inspect workmanship and materials, identify defects or non-conformance, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Coordinate with Project Teams:Â Liaise with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues and keep projects moving.
- Ensure Safety Compliance:Â Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain Records:Â Keep accurate records of site activities, inspections, and progress reports.
- Report to Management:Â Provide regular updates to project managers and senior staff on site progress and issues.
Requirements
- Education:Â Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or a related discipline.
- Experience:Â At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in construction supervision.
- Language Proficiencies:Â Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
- Technical Knowledge:Â Familiar with construction methods, materials, and relevant building regulations.
- Supervisory Skills:Â Ability to lead and coordinate site activities effectively.
- Communication Skills:Â Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse project stakeholders.
- Safety Awareness:Â Knowledge of site safety practices and regulations.
