Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas to maintain high presentation standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities
- Vacuum, dust, and maintain all assigned areas in pristine condition
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly to Supervisors
- Follow all health, safety, security, and hygiene procedures
- Provide friendly, personalized customer service and respond to guest requests efficiently
- Work independently or collaboratively to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain cleaning equipment and trolleys in good working order
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
