Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize Mesa facility water systems, including DI, RO, softener, filtration, chilled, cooling tower, and fire water systems
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on all instruments and mechanical equipment related to water systems
  • Contribute to process improvements, creating procedures and controls that enhance system performance
  • Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on water system performance, alerting department leaders to any issues or changes
  • Support quality audits and assist in knowledge transfer across departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 10+ years of industrial or manufacturing water systems experience required; Associate degree with 5+ years preferred
  • Water Treatment Certifications required; Instrumentation Calibration and Electrical Certifications preferred
  • Proven ability to complete water system projects with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and sound decision-making
  • Demonstrated commitment to EHS compliance and workplace safety
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient with a professional work ethic
