Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Mesa facility water systems, including DI, RO, softener, filtration, chilled, cooling tower, and fire water systems
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on all instruments and mechanical equipment related to water systems
- Contribute to process improvements, creating procedures and controls that enhance system performance
- Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on water system performance, alerting department leaders to any issues or changes
- Support quality audits and assist in knowledge transfer across departments
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 10+ years of industrial or manufacturing water systems experience required; Associate degree with 5+ years preferred
- Water Treatment Certifications required; Instrumentation Calibration and Electrical Certifications preferred
- Proven ability to complete water system projects with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and sound decision-making
- Demonstrated commitment to EHS compliance and workplace safety
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient with a professional work ethic
