Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow B2C and B2B sales channels across the U.S.
- Sell products via online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and other platforms
- Identify opportunities for bulk orders and institutional partnerships within senior care and living sectors
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings
- Provide feedback to management about market trends, customer needs, and competitive products
- Work independently to strategize and execute sales plans
Qualifications
- Familiarity with the U.S. market and consumer behavior
- Experience in online sales, marketplace management, or B2B sales preferred
- Background in senior care, healthcare-adjacent sales, or institutional partnerships is a plus
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with performance-based income
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range of $1,500 to $5,000 per month, commission-based
