Key Responsibilities
- Clean and inspect guest rooms and common areas to maintain resort standards.
- Operate commercial washing and drying equipment in the laundry.
- Sort, fold, and distribute linen across hotels and lodges.
- Assist guests with general enquiries regarding resort and hotel facilities.
- Clear snow from walkways, entrances, and staff access areas as required.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols while performing duties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, reliable, and flexible attitude with willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or during alpine winter conditions.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry operations is highly regarded.
- Valid driver’s licence with confidence driving a manual vehicle.
- Physically fit to manage manual handling, snow clearing, and active daily duties.
