Key Responsibilities
As a Material Technician, you will be entrusted with the accurate and efficient management of our inventory. Your key duties will include:
- Executing the timely and accurate receipt, inspection, and put-away of all incoming inventory and non-inventory shipments.
- Preparing and ensuring the on-schedule delivery of materials to both internal production teams and external customers.
- Operating key systems like SAP-MWM to manage inventory, process shipments, and maintain data accuracy.
- Performing critical inventory control tasks, including cycle counting and maintaining organization through 6S principles.
- Safely operating a forklift and coordinating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who is ready to contribute to our world-class operations. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid forklift license and the ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify deviations from standard procedures.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems; experience with SAP or a similar Warehouse Management System is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- The physical capability to perform tasks in a warehouse environment.
