 Key Responsibilities

You will be the operational backbone of our R and D lab, ensuring engineers have the functional tools they need to innovate. Your core mission will include:

  • Performing intricate repairs and rework on a diverse range of hardware, including graphics cards, servers, and automotive systems.
  • Executing detailed tasks such as GPU disassembly, ball planting, and chip attachment with precision.
  • Debugging test boards to identify root causes of failures and implementing effective solutions.
  • Managing the lab’s hardware inventory, procuring essential equipment, and maintaining a meticulously organized workspace.
  • Handling the logistics for the shipment of critical components like chips, boards, and devices.

 Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive technician with a deep understanding of hardware and a passion for precision. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A BS or Vocational school degree in EE/CE or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with PC hardware, graphics cards, and embedded systems.
  • Expertise in electronic component soldering and GPU ball planting/repair.
  • Proficiency with desktop motherboards and familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Basic English communication skills for reading and writing emails.
  • A self-motivated, “can-do” attitude and the ability to work effectively in a world-class engineering team.
