Key Responsibilities by Role

  • Concrete supervisors will oversee site operations, coordinate crews, manage project schedules, and ensure all concrete works are delivered to specification and safety standards.
  • Concrete leading hands will guide and support teams on the ground, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout each pour.
