Key Responsibilities
- Ensure teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Monitor construction processes and provide training and team building sessions as required to enhance team performance.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times, conducting regular inspections and addressing any non compliance promptly.
- Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections to ensure all resources are in good condition and work is progressing as planned.
- Schedule regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff to coordinate activities and resolve issues.

- Stay up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction to ensure best practices are applied.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in the construction industry is essential. Experience in a leadership role is recommended. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to focus and remain calm under pressure is essential.
