Key Responsibilities
You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers have access to the best products without delay. Your focus will be on accuracy, speed, and supporting the entire store team.
- Take charge of incoming deliveries, meticulously unpacking, processing, and organising new merchandise in the stockroom.
- Work quickly to locate and deliver specific footwear styles and sizes to the sales floor, responding to customer requests with a sense of urgency.
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and tagged according to company guidelines before they hit the shop floor.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and efficiently organised back-of-house area to prevent damage and minimise stock loss.
- Support the sales team by helping to replenish stock on the shop floor, making sure all sizes are available for customers.
- Collaborate with your Store Manager and Back of House team to achieve key performance targets and operational goals.

- Flexibility to work a roster from Tuesday to Saturday, as this role requires weekend availability.
- While previous back-of-house or retail experience is a bonus, it’s not essential—we value energy and a willingness to learn above all.
