Key Responsibilities
- Perform site cleanup activities including cleaning the actual home, office, or structure that contractors have built to ensure it is ready for new occupants to move in.
- Wipe down all surfaces and fixtures including ceiling fixtures, fans, lights, mechanical registers, walls, cabinets, windows, sills, mirrors, baseboards, counters, appliances, and other fixtures throughout the space.
- Sweep and mop floors, ensuring all flooring surfaces are clean, dust free, and properly presented for occupancy.
- Clean outdoor sidewalks and patio spaces to ensure the entire property presents well for new occupants.
- Select and use appropriate cleaning products for different materials, ensuring harsh chemicals are never used on delicate surfaces such as granite, marble, or quartz.
- Inspect completed work to ensure all areas meet the required cleanliness standards before the space is handed over.
- Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring products are stored properly and used safely.

Qualifications
