Key Responsibilities
Your role will be dynamic and hands-on, providing essential support to our kitchen teams and making a direct impact on our residents’ day.
- Assist with meal preparation, service, and cooking under the guidance of our experienced Chefs and Kitchen Managers.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our modern kitchen and dining areas.
- Interact with residents in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner, providing excellent people-facing service.
- Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines meticulously to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Be a supportive and proactive team player, willing to help with a variety of tasks to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
Qualifications
We are looking for people with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. Your personality is your biggest asset.
- A bright, “can-do” attitude and a strong team focus are essential.
- A good level of fitness to keep up with the pace of a busy kitchen.
- Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation.
- While previous experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory we provide the training!
- Relevant certifications like Food Handling are a plus, but not required to apply.
