Key Responsibilities

The Executive Protection Specialist will be entrusted with a wide range of critical duties, including:

• Providing proactive close protection and ensuring the principal’s safety during all daily activities, events, and travel.
• Conducting thorough advance work, including route planning, venue reconnaissance, and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Coordinating seamlessly with other security personnel, drivers, and executive assistants to ensure a unified security posture.
• Accompanying principals on regional and international business trips, managing all security aspects abroad.
• Maintaining constant vigilance and demonstrating the ability to respond decisively to any emergency or unforeseen situation.
• Assisting with executive logistics and movement management, always upholding the highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a person of unwavering integrity and skill. Essential qualifications include:

• Proven experience in executive protection, personal security, or a similar VIP support role for C-suite or high-profile individuals.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory for effective communication with stakeholders.
• A background in uniformed services (e.g., SAF, SPF) with relevant tactical or protection training is highly valued.
• Superior physical fitness and the ability to perform duties that may involve rapid response and prolonged periods of alertness.
• Exceptional situational awareness, crisis management skills, and sound judgment under pressure.
• A commitment to absolute discretion, reliability, and professional conduct at all times.
• Willingness and ability to undertake frequent regional and international travel.
