Key Responsibilities

As a Welder at HAESL, you will be responsible for executing high-quality welding operations that meet our stringent standards. Your core duties will include:

• Performing precision welding on metal components using various techniques such as TIG, MIG, and Arc Welding.
• Interpreting engineering blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to understand project specifications and instructions.
• Preparing metal components for welding by cleaning, cutting, and shaping them with tools like grinders and cutting torches.
• Strictly adhering to all safety protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the safe operation of all welding machinery.
• Conducting basic maintenance and checks on welding equipment to ensure it is in good working order.

Qualifications
