Key Responsibilities

On our new production line, you’ll be essential to our daily success. Your role will involve:

• Prioritising safety and quality in everything you do, actively promoting our safety culture and adhering to all H&S and Quality policies, including completing mandatory training.
• Operating production machinery efficiently, ensuring all products meet our strict specifications while minimising waste and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily production targets, communicating effectively, and escalating any issues to leadership promptly.
• Supporting the successful execution of the daily production plan, managing your time and resources effectively to meet output goals.
• Assisting with line trials and new product introductions, applying your skills to help optimise processes from the start.

Qualifications

We are looking for capable individuals who are eager to learn and contribute. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly regarded.
• A strong team-focused attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to follow instructions and procedures carefully.
• The ability to learn new skills quickly and apply them effectively on the job.
• A basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with operating production machinery.
• Previous bakery experience or related technical training is a bonus, but a positive attitude and work ethic are most important.
