  • Performing manual handling of heavy drill rods, core trays, and sample bags.
  • Loading and unloading heavy vehicles and assisting with routine maintenance and cleaning of all rig machinery and tools.

  • A clean National Police Certificate from within the last three months.
  • Serious physical and mental fitness to perform extensive manual labour in challenging environments.
  • A proven background in a labour-intensive role (e.g., concreting, farming, general labouring) or previous FIFO experience is highly regarded.
  • A current HR-B licence, First Aid certificate, 4WD, or Fire Attack training are advantageous but not essential to apply.

Benefits and Perks

We are committed to launching your career with a comprehensive support package. Our traineeship offers:

  • An excellent base salary, plus performance bonuses and superannuation from the start.

  • A manageable 2 weeks on, 1 week off FIFO roster from Perth.
  • All meals, comfortable on-site accommodation (mine-site, caravan, or staff housing), uniforms, and PPE provided.
  • A competitive hourly wage, with a base pay range of $38,000 – $60,000 per year (pro-rated for part-time hours).
