Key Responsibilities

In this essential support role, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of key site facilities. Your main duties will include:

• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all site office areas daily, including workstations, common areas, and floors.
• Maintaining the site toilets to a high standard of hygiene, including cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.
• Ensuring waste is collected and disposed of properly from the offices and toilet facilities.
• Performing your duties in a tidy and efficient manner, taking initiative to complete tasks without constant supervision.
• Interacting politely with site staff and visitors at all times.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following essential criteria:

• A valid Green Card (Hong Kong Identity Card) and a valid Construction Workers Registration Card are mandatory for this site-based role.
•  Primary 6 education level and at least one year of relevant cleaning experience.
•  Fair spoken Cantonese and the ability to read and write Chinese for understanding basic instructions and signage.
• You must be polite, proactive in your work, and maintain a neat appearance while performing your duties.
