This full-time role is a fantastic entry point into the world of artisanal confectionery. Key Responsibilities
This is a wonderfully hands-on role where variety is part of the daily recipe. You will be involved in:
- Assisting in the production of our award-winning chocolate products, learning the nuances of creating high-quality confectionery.
- Supporting key processes such as tempering chocolate, molding, and the delicate art of decoration and finishing.
- Ensuring the meticulous packing and fulfillment of customer orders with care and accuracy.
- Maintaining an impeccably clean, organised, and efficient workstation at all times.
- Following all Food Safety regulations and Health & Safety protocols to the letter, contributing to our reputation for excellence.
- Collaborating positively with the wider Chocolate Brown and Sweet Moments Group team to meet production goals and support all areas of the site.

- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- The physical capability to work in a production environment and be on your feet for your rostered shift.
- A full-time availability for our standard hours.
What’s a Bonus:
- Any previous experience in chocolate production, baking, food manufacturing, or a similar hands-on role. However, this is not a requirement-full training will be provided.
- A basic understanding of chocolate tempering or molding is advantageous, but again, we will teach you.
