 Key Responsibilities

As a UPS Courier Driver, you play a central role in our promise to deliver what matters. Your daily responsibilities will focus on safety, efficiency, and service:

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Efficiently complete daily delivery and pickup schedules within the Surrey area and surrounding regions.
• Provide outstanding, professional customer service during every interaction.
• Navigate routes effectively using maps and trip-planning tools, solving logistical challenges independently.
• Handle packages with care, including occasional lifting of items up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Accurately complete all necessary documentation and electronic logging.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable individuals who embody our commitment to service and safety. The required qualifications are:

• A valid, clean British Columbia Class 5 Driver’s License (or Canadian equivalent).
• A current, clean driver’s abstract.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to follow standard procedures and safety protocols meticulously.
• Physical capability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, including lifting packages.
• A strong sense of responsibility and a professional demeanor.
