Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our digital production team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of dental restorations:
- Utilize advanced CAD software (such as 3Shape) to design a variety of digital prosthetics, including surgical guides, custom abutments, and temporary/permanent crowns and bridges.
- Operate and maintain sophisticated digital equipment, including 3D printers and metal/zirconia milling machines.
- Perform all necessary post-processing steps, such as sintering, finishing, and polishing, to ensure restorations meet our exacting quality standards.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks at every stage of the digital workflow to guarantee precision and fit.
- Collaborate effectively with dentists and our internal team, providing technical support and clear communication regarding case design and specifications.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of digital dental equipment.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a specific set of technical skills and experience:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician within a dental laboratory, with intensive focus on digital dentistry workflows.
- High proficiency in professional dental CAD software for designing a range of prosthetics.
- Practical, hands-on operation experience with 3D printers, 3Shape systems, and metal-zirconia milling machines, including post-processing.
- A positive, meticulous, and collaborative work ethic with an unwavering commitment to quality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
