 Key Responsibilities

You’ll be the backbone of our daily logistics, ensuring everything flows smoothly from receiving to dispatch. Your core tasks will include:

• Handling the full cycle of goods: receiving incoming stock, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and managing outwards dispatch.
• Safely lifting, moving, and organizing stock to maintain an efficient and accessible warehouse layout.
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organized to support safety and speed for the whole team.
• Operating warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and trolleys to move goods safely.
• Assisting with regular stocktakes and helping to ensure our inventory records are always accurate.
• Working closely with and supporting the Warehouse Manager in daily operations.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a reliable team player with a can-do attitude. Here’s what will help you succeed:

The Essentials:

• A strong level of physical fitness and the capability to perform manual handling tasks safely throughout the day.
• Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• A current, full car driver’s licence.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Around two years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a bonus, but we are very open to training the right person with the right attitude.
• A solid foundation in basic mathematics (ideally to Year 10 level or equivalent) for handling orders and counts.
• A current forklift licence and/or Working at Heights certification would be advantageous.

Most Importantly: We value enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to quality work above all. If you’re eager to learn, we are fully prepared to provide accredited training for forklift and working-at-heights certifications.
