 Key Responsibilities

As the Personnel Management Officer, you will be entrusted with core HR operational duties, ensuring smooth and compliant payroll functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end monthly payroll process accurately and punctually for all employees.
• Administering Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions, submissions, and related compliance matters.
• Handling employee enquiries and resolving complaints related to salaries, deductions, MPF, and other payroll issues with discretion and efficiency.
• Maintaining and updating precise personnel records, including leave, attendance, and salary adjustments.
• Assisting with other HR functions such as employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes as required.
• Staying current with changes in Hong Kong employment ordinances and MPF regulations to ensure full compliance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in HR operations and a proactive approach. Key requirements include:

• A minimum of 3 years of solid experience in personnel management, with a specific focus on payroll and MPF administration.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
• A recognized certification in Human Resources is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF Schemes Authority regulations is required.
